Asus smart phone market to enter the mainland

3C makers Asustek of Taiwan in Shanghai yesterday released its world's first Android smart phone navigation, announced its entry into mainland China smart phone market.

According to reports, this release of the ASUS A10 mobile phone based on Android 2.1 system, the price of 2980 yuan.

ASUSTeK Computer (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., general manager of Tang Shilin handheld business headquarters, said yesterday that ASUS handheld business unit will focus on the following 5 inch screen handheld device development,

first foray into mainland China smart phone market, Asus is selected relative the familiar Navigation chip.

Tang Shilin said yesterday, Asus has seven to eight years in the history of mobile phones, but the former is subject to mobile phone license, failed to enter the mainland market. Asus will also launch this year, and a variety of Android-based smartphone OMS system.
